Three steps from the link in your invitation to your first practice: Android, through Google Play, no APK. This guide is for testers with a personal invitation.

Already invited
You have our invitation by email.
Your Google account has been approved for the test build and you have an invitation code. Follow the three steps below; the button opens the Play test link from your email.
The link works only with the Google account approved for testing. Before Google's first review the store shows “(unreviewed)” after the name; that is normal.
No access yet
No invitation? Join the waiting list first.
The Play test link requires an approved Google account. The beta does not appear in public Play search. An invitation code for your account in the app does not grant access to the Google Play test.
Install (Android)
Open the Play link from your invitation in Chrome on your Android phone. If the email arrives in Telegram or WhatsApp, choose “Open in browser” from the menu there.
Sign in with exactly the Google account we approved for testing (the address of your invitation unless you told us another one) and tap “Accept invite” or “Become a tester”.
Tap “Download it on Google Play” and “Install” in the Play Store. If you are already a tester, the link opens the store entry directly.
No APK is downloaded and no “unknown source” is allowed. The app is called DESNAVO.
Create and confirm your account
Open DESNAVO, tap “Me” at the bottom, then “Open account & access” and choose “Create account”.
Enter exactly the email address of your invitation, choose your own password of at least 10 characters and enter the invitation code from your email (format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Tap “Create account”.
The app then shows “Request code” in your account: tap it and enter the eight-digit code from the new email. That is a different code from the invitation code; it is valid for 10 minutes.
Your invitation code is never shown again and never forwarded. Lost it? Write to [email protected].
First practice
Back to “Today”: a prepared entry point is waiting. Choose a concern and a duration, start the sitting with the gong and finish with the short reflection.
Practice, journal, learning paths and tools also work without an account. The account unlocks Together, the marketplace and DESNAVO AI; the app shows your allowance under “Me”.
If something does not work
The Play Store says “not available” or “you don't have access”.
You are signed in to the Play Store with a different Google account, or the account has not been approved for testing yet. Check which account is active at the top right of the Play Store and tell us at [email protected] which Google account you use.
The link opens only as an empty page in Telegram or WhatsApp.
Choose “Open in browser” from the built-in browser's menu or copy the link into Chrome.
I already had an earlier test build (DESNAVO .dev).
Keep it installed. Journal and practice history live only on the device and do not move to the new app automatically.
The app says “This invitation code is not valid”.
Check the spelling (five blocks with hyphens; O and 0 are treated alike) and that you entered exactly the email address of the invitation. The code is valid for 14 days and can be used once.
No email with the eight-digit code arrives.
Check your spam folder; the sender is [email protected]. After 10 minutes you can request a new one via “Request new code”.

Not available yet. Your invitation stays valid until we get in touch; the duration is in the email.
